Due to the handmade nature of our products, we carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
